My dear friend Jill threw a baby shower for Wilson and I.  I had such a fun time visiting with my friends. Baby showers are just about the only time it's socially acceptable to open gifts for another person.

Everybody wants to be by Wilson. All the time. Arguments have been had over who gets to be by him.  Jeremy has been giving him his first baths.  No smell is sweeter than newborn baby!

I am so in love with this sweet little baby. One week has passed and I have enjoyed every minute (even the diaper duty- so you know that's true love).

The kids absolutely loved meeting Wilson and didn't want to leave when it was time to go. The sticker James is showing off says: I'm a big brother.

Yakima River B-day Dip

We were traveling back up to WA from Utah for my birthday this year and we stopped to dip our feet in the Yakima River. While we were there the boys kept catching these tiny little fishies. I think it would be tons of fun to float down that river sometime. We saw many people wafting down the river in intertubes and it looked totally relaxing. I closed my eyes and pictured my future self enjoying that moment someday.
